Facebook Launches Topic Groups
Facebook released the new feature which groups status updates by topic.
It works like this, Facebook tries to recognize post by your friends as having a similar theme then groups those posts together.
Here is an example, 4 of your friends comment on the new Grand Theft Auto Game. You will see an update saying, "Jon Smith and 3 other friends commented on Grand Theft Auto." Below that update, you will see the posts about Grand Theft Auto.
Many of the initial comments on Facebook's post were negative.
